π± Delete your account from within the app (recommended)
- Open the Stashly app on your device.
- Tap the Settings icon (gear icon, bottom navigation bar).
- Scroll down and tap Data Management.
- Tap Delete Stashly Account.
- Read the confirmation dialog, then tap Delete Stashly Account to confirm.
Deletion is processed immediately and cannot be undone. Your personal and financial data is permanently removed; see "What is retained" below for the limited records we keep for fraud prevention and legal compliance.

- Android: Play Store β profile icon β Payments & subscriptions β Subscriptions β Stashly β Cancel subscription
You can also get there from the app: Settings β Subscription β Manage Subscription.
βοΈ Request deletion by email
If you're unable to access the app, email stashly@astersmith.com with:

Email requests are processed within 5 business days. You'll receive a confirmation once your account and data have been deleted.
π What gets deleted
All of the following data is permanently and irrevocably deleted:
π What is retained
For fraud prevention and legal compliance, a limited set of records is retained after deletion:
- A one-way hashed token derived from your sign-up email, phone number, and account ID. It contains no readable personal information and cannot be reversed to identify you; it is used only to enforce our one-free-trial policy.
- Residual copies in encrypted database backups, which are automatically overwritten on a rolling basis (currently within about 90 days).
- Subscription records held by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play) and standard security and rate-limiting logs, each retained on their own schedule.
